Welcome to RIM, Squamish’s new indoor cycling studio!
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner taking your first class, RIM is for you. We welcome all fitness levels to come train with us. Located in the Mezzanine level of Rebel Fitness, the RIM cycling studio combines coaching, strength and stamina building, awesome music and a great way to burn calories and improve fitness. Our goal is to challenge each rider, each and every class. We look forward to being on your fitness journey with you.
Professional, certified and attentive coaches are here to support, motivate and make your training window count. The pace and intensity of classes will vary with every workout but with each rider able to customize their own workout experience by adjusting pace and bike tension dials.
We are a high end boutique studio delivering an unreal ride experience on the Keiser M3i bike. Dimmed lights and interactive software links our bikes together, providing a unique team riding experience. Immediately following each class, individual performance data will be emailed to each rider.
Use your performance data to track results, set goals and congratulate yourself on progress made!
GROUPS & PRIVATE RIDES
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like to set up a private ride time for your group, team or club. Indoor cycling is great for athletes requiring sport specific conditioning and training as well as for groups wanting a private or unique experience.
Indoor cycling is also a great company team building activity. We can work with you to create the perfect invigorating cycling experience for your staff.
